A clear account of what the community keeps, what stays on your device, and how to make a private request.
Hyrule Atlas is an independent fan site. You can read guides without an account. Community participation and artwork submissions require a verified email account; the weekly newsletter is a separate choice.
What we collect
For accounts: email, public handle, verification and session information. For the forum: your posts, reports and moderation history. For the gallery: submitted artwork, chosen public artist name, description, optional portfolio link, permission record and review status. For the newsletter: email, language, confirmation and unsubscribe status. A private request includes the email and message you submit.
Where it goes
Supabase provides accounts, community records and private artwork storage. Resend delivers verification, recovery and newsletter emails. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse; Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site traffic. Service providers process the information needed to perform these functions.
What others see
Your handle and approved forum text are public. Approved artwork shows its title, description, artist credit and any portfolio link you chose. Your email, unapproved submissions, private reports and contact requests are not shown publicly.
What stays in your browser
Guide checklists, notes and progress are stored locally in your browser on this device. They are not automatically synchronized with a community account; clearing browser storage may erase them.
How long it stays
Account information is kept while the account exists. Public forum posts can remain after account deletion without the former member's handle. You may ask for specific posts to be reviewed or removed. Gallery work is unpublished when its author withdraws it; private copies are handled through the removal process. Newsletter records are managed separately from forum accounts and can be unsubscribed from any issue.

Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information through the private form below. An artwork author can unpublish their work from their account. We may need to verify a request before acting and explain any limitation that applies.
Deleting a community account removes the account and public handle. Forum contributions may remain as posts by a former member; ask us privately if you need particular content removed.
Joining the forum or submitting art does not subscribe you. The newsletter requires its own consent, email confirmation and an unsubscribe link in every issue.
